Buffalo Trace Antique collection. This year

My new Halloween tradition is ranking every Goose Island BCS Stout, but my new Election Day follow-up (and boy did the nation need a collective drink from that one) is getting to be reviewing the Buffalo Trace Antique collection. This year isn’t my favorite of the three that I’ve tried, but that’s not to say it’s unimpressive. It brought a lot of great expressions to some perennial winner labels, and I’m always delighted to try Stagg. I just think if I were drafting my all-star Olympic team of BTAC bottles, I’d be picking more from 2022 and 2023. Even so! Booze is good booze, and this is great booze.
